For rental: a 25 m2 holiday apartment suitable for four people on the 3rd floor of the Sefcotel building in
Tignes Val Claret. The apartment has a 2 star comfort rating.
The Sefcotel building is right next to the ski slopes and the ski school meeting point. It is 50 metres from
the "Tufs" chairlift, which takes you directly to the slopes of Val d'Isère in just a few minutes. You can ski
from and to the front door of the building! Val Claret's main road, where you will find the tourist
office, lift pass office and many other shops (supermarket, baker, chemist, etc) is approximately 80 metres from
the Sefcotel. On the ground floor of the building are several restaurants and bars, a ski hire shop, a
launderette and other shops. There is a night club in the basement. The entrances of the building are protected by an
access badge system.
The apartment, which benefits from a good amount of sunlight, consists of a main room, a kitchenette, a
bathroom with bath/shower, a separate toilet and an area for storing ski equipment. The traditional wooden
furniture in the main room is functional and comfortable. The windows are west facing with a clear view of the
mountains and ski slopes. The apartment has central heating and effective thermal and
acoustic insulation.
In the main room there is a sofa bed (2 single beds, 190x80 cm), a bunk bed (2 single beds, 190x90 cm), a table, four
chairs, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe, a flat screen television, a mirror and a shelf unit.
The kitchenette has a three ring induction hob, an oven, a fridge, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, a raclette set and
everything you should need for cooking, eating and drinking.
The bedding consists of four good quality foam mattresses, four single duvets (140x200 cm) and four pillows (60x60 cm). A baby travel cot is available.
Please note that the apartment is non-smoking and animals are not permitted. The apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility (because of a couple of steps in the corridor leading to it).
Household linen (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, bath towels and kitchen towels) is not included in the rental price.
It can be rented on site. Please ask for pricing.
A standard end of stay cleaning is included in the rental price.
A deposit of €400 must be paid by credit card when picking up the keys (the money is not debited). This deposit will
be returned to you the day that you leave, after the apartment has been checked.
Pricing and availability
Our prices include the charges (water, electricity, heating) and end of stay cleaning. The tourist tax
of €1.10 per night and per adult (from 18 years) is collected as a supplement. It is paid to the municipality of Tignes.

This card gives access to two free and exclusive sporting activities per day during your stay in Tignes. Activities available are:
beach soccer, beach volleyball, pedalo, swimming, trampoline, stand-up-paddle, tennis, and many more.
With the My Tignes Card you will have access to some chairlifts and the funicular and to the 150 kms of MTB trails of the Tignes - Val d'Isère
Bike Park. Access to the lifts and Bike Park is free and unlimited for My Tignes card holders. The Bike Park is open from Saturday June 27th to Sunday August 30th.
Summer skiing is possible on the Grande Motte glacier from June 20th to July 19th 2026, 6:45am to 1pm.
