For rental: a 14 m2 holiday apartment suitable for two people in the
Tommeuses building right next to the slopes in Tignes Val Claret. The apartment has a 1 star comfort rating.
The Tommeuses building has secure and heated ski lockers on the ground floor, lifts and front door digital security.
It is located in a quiet area, close to shops, restaurants, ski schools and ski hire providers.
The ski lifts are 100 metres from the building. On one side there is the Tufs chairlift which takes you
to the slopes of Val d'Isère and on the other side the funicular
providing access to the Grande Motte glacier. You can ski from and to the front door of the building!
The apartment consists of a main room, a kitchenette and a bathroom with a bath and toilet. The traditional
wooden furniture in the main room is functional and comfortable. The apartment has under floor heating with an additional electric heater in the main room.
In the main room there is a sofa bed (2 single beds 190x80 cm), a table, two chairs, a chest of drawers, a
cupboard, a flat screen television, a mirror and a shelf unit.
The kitchenette has a fridge, two electric rings, a microwave oven, a coffee machine, a fondue set and everything
you should need for cooking, eating and drinking.
The bedding consists of two good quality foam mattresses, two single duvets (140x200 cm) and two pillows (60x60 cm).
Please note that sheets and pillowcases are not provided but can be rented on site.
The apartment is non-smoking and animals are not permitted.
Sheets, duvet covers and towels are not included in the rental price. These items can be rented on site. Please ask for pricing.
End of stay cleaning is not included in the rental price. Disinfectant and virucidal cleaning products are provided. If you do not wish to do the cleaning, please notify us, in
which case you must pay a fee of €40 when picking up the keys.
A deposit of €250 must be paid, preferably by credit card, when picking up the keys. This deposit will
be returned to you the day that you leave, after the apartment has been checked.
Pricing and availability
Our prices include the following charges: water, electricity, heating. The tourist tax
of €0.88 per night and per adult (from 18 years) is collected as a supplement. It is paid to the municipality of Tignes.

Winter Season 2023-2024
WEEKLY RENTAL from 16th December 2024 to 19th April 2024. we only rent on a weekly basis from Saturday
to Saturday (arrival Saturday after 3:30 pm, departure Saturday, before 10:30 am).
SHORT STAYS from 21st October to 15th December 2023 and from 20th April to 8th May 2024. During these periods we accept bookings that start or end on any day of the week.
Minimum stay of 4 nights. Arrival after 3:30 pm, departure before to 10:30 am. Price on request.
