For rental: a 14 m2 holiday apartment suitable for two people in the
Tommeuses building right next to the slopes in Tignes Val Claret. The apartment has a 1 star comfort rating.
The Tommeuses building has secure and heated ski lockers on the ground floor, lifts and front door digital security.
It is located in a quiet area, close to shops, restaurants, ski schools and ski hire providers.
The ski lifts are 100 metres from the building. On one side there is the Tufs chairlift which takes you
to the slopes of Val d'Isère and on the other side the funicular
providing access to the Grande Motte glacier. You can ski from and to the front door of the building!
The apartment consists of a main room, a kitchenette and a bathroom with a bath and toilet. The traditional
wooden furniture in the main room is functional and comfortable. The apartment has under floor heating with an additional electric heater in the main room.
In the main room there is a sofa bed (2 single beds 190x80 cm), a table, two chairs, a chest of drawers, a
cupboard, a flat screen television, a mirror and a shelf unit.
The kitchenette has a fridge, two electric rings, a microwave oven, two coffee machines (moka and press), a fondue set and everything
you should need for cooking, eating and drinking.
The bedding consists of two good quality foam mattresses, two single duvets (140x200 cm) and two pillows (60x60 cm).
The apartment is non-smoking and animals are not permitted.
Household linen (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, bath towels and kitchen towels) is not included in the rental price.
It can be rented on site. Please ask for pricing.
A standard end of stay cleaning is included in the rental price.
A deposit of €300 must be paid by credit card when picking up the keys (the money is not debited). This deposit will
be returned to you the day that you leave, after the apartment has been checked.
Pricing and availability
Our prices include the charges (water, electricity, heating) and end of stay cleaning. The tourist tax
of €0.88 per night and per adult (from 18 years) is collected as a supplement. It is paid to the municipality of Tignes.

PLEASE NOTE THAT RENOVATION WORK IS SCHEDULED IN THE BUILDING LES TOMMEUSES FROM MID-MAY TO THE END OF NOVEMBER 2026. SCAFFOLDING WILL BE IN PLACE AROUND THE EAST, NORTH AND WEST FACADES. THE STUDIO FACES NORTH. THE COMPANIES INVOLVED HAVE COMMITTED TO MINIMIZING ANY DISRUPTIONS FOR THE RESIDENTS AND TENANTS AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE.During the summer season we accept bookings that start or end on any day of the week. Minimum stay of 7 nights. Arrival after 3:30 pm, departure before to 10:30 am. Prices:

This card gives access to two free and exclusive sporting activities per day during your stay in Tignes. Activities available are:
beach soccer, beach volleyball, pedalo, swimming, trampoline, stand-up-paddle, tennis, and many more.
With the My Tignes Card you will have access to some chairlifts and the funicular and to the 150 kms of MTB trails of the Tignes - Val d'Isère
Bike Park. Access to the lifts and Bike Park is free and unlimited for My Tignes card holders.
Summer skiing is possible on the Grande Motte glacier from June 20th to July 19th 2026, 6:45am to 1pm.
